Default Skater's Hledin on Shootout Purse and Mystic Repair

An informed (to put it mildly) perspective, http://www.boats.com/boat-content/20...ers-%E2%80%9D/.

Couple of typos repaired. I've fixed them but it will take 30 minutes before the corrected version of this story appears. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I think Mr. Hledin's comments on the JBS hull issues bespeak a much different situation than has been posted by the team. Maybe a little less hysteria would be good...

"...propeller went through the bottom of the boat, no big deal"

Kind of makes you wonder where that prop would have landed had it not been imbedded in the bustle...

Most certainly!

This is truly an illustration of the most respected, giving his respects.

“It’s not that John’s boats are ‘falling apart,’” Hledin added. “Not at all. It’s just the nature of boat racing. Race boats break.”
