Trim Tabs

I have a 2008 Baja Outlaw 20 with the 5.0MPI. The boat has a 23 pitch prop. The boat runs great but when I put four or more adults in it, I can't get it to climb up on plane. This is my first Baja but I've had many boats in the past. I'm trimming it all the way down but nothing helps. I really hate to drop the pitch on the prop. Will a good set of trim tabs help?

have the people in back move foreward untill you have planed off. tabs would help but moving people is a lot cheaper..

Yup, stuff'em up front!

Sounds like you'll need to change the prop. Probably need a 21 pitch. That'll be cheaper and easier than tabs.

Btw, welcome to OSO!!

get some tabs and put people up front. little bajas are rough and tabs will help settle down the roughness in choppy water.

I'd suggest putting some 380 K-Planes on it. I put them on My Cig 20 and the difference is night and day.
