I think they are sanding and painting the upper structure.......when we passed it I made the comment Obama must have wanted it gift wrapped. :party-smiley-004:

I must have been standing right next to you at the lunch stop, just stopped in to grab a bite to eat and see the boats. looked like a great time.

pretty sure that's the radar systems all covered up for painting
