Ok that makes two OSO members who succumbed to colon cancer at a young age. I didn't tell my doctor to start checking for the Double C until I was in my fifties. If I had known then what I know now I would have started my CC checkups when I was in my 30s.
You guys need to tell your doctor to check your colon at each annual physical. Don't let this disease get the upper hand on you like Scott and Jerry. You might cringe at the "Big Finger" but it beats the alternative...
RIP Scott and Jerry we will not forget you.

such sad news, he was such a great guy, always a huge smile, unbelievable attitude, and such a zest for life. We met him when we joined LEOPA and always looked forward to seeing him at events, when you were in Jerry's company you were always laughing. This year we have not made any runs because of Ian's collarbone injury, so we had no idea, just one month it is so hard to believe
Rest in peace our friend and our condolences to your family
