I have neglected my carb over the last year and want to bring the shine back. BG demon and it has turned white. I hit it with some 1000 grit and then some mothers but am having a hard time getting at all the areas due to shape or imperfections. What do you guys recommend? Is there an acid wash I can use, maybe a brass wire wheel. Or do I just have them painted or power coated. In the spots I worked on lastnight came out great but I want the whole thing to shine.

I believe mothers makes a foam type ball in different sizes that can get into all of the nooks and crannys, works well trying to polish wheels
