Look at photos on left side, maybe someone more computer saavy can post the photos!........
Thomas Henry, captain of the Water Dog charter boat, was thrown overboard around 12:30 p.m., Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission spokeswoman Gabriella Ferraro said.
The cause of the incident is still under investigation. But there was heavy surf and very rough water conditions at the time, Ferraro said.
Henry, 61, of Jupiter, was pulled out of the water by Palm Beach County lifeguards. He was taken to St. Mary's Medical Center.
One mate and five customers were also aboard at the time, but no one else was injured, Ferraro said.
Inlet is a straight shot out: http://www.evsjupiter.com/main.htm

Damn, that thing almost went over!!
You can kind'a figure out what happened by looking at the web cam. Looks like he came in at an angle with the swell and a wave hit the boat, instead of coming in wide with the swell.

Site says it is a 51 Garlington......My buddy was there an hour before it happened and was surfing the south side of the jetty. He said a go fast came out the inlet, stuffed the bow (low speed), turned around and went back in but missed this whole fiasco!
