True. Hunter can paint as well as anyone, but Harold's designs are better in my opinion. Plus his Cig logo's and fades are second to none.

I'd go w/ Arnesons over NXT's or 6's. Gain efficiency and handle big power.

Phil is the most knowledgable Cig guy out there, no question about it but is his expertise worth 40K extra on an already expensive boat especially when the boat is going to be a 700/NXT boat (many already made, not exactly custom/one off)?

That 40K is not coming back at resale. Look at OSO classifieds, the Lipship boats don't pull a 40K premium on identical year/power Cigs.
