Default Any Electronics GURUS on here??

Im looking to build a controller to do 2 things.
1. Kick a realy over at a 130F and kill it at 165F. It must be a digital read out style.
2. Have a second function on a timmer set to kick a relay for a pre set ampunt of time then shut off. LED lights as it is in kicked on and out once off would be needed.
If some ne can show me how to build one that would be great or knows pf where I can buy something and tweek it to my needs is fine also.

Gerry something like this but with a Digital temp read out. It has the purge LED light on it that lets you know when its purging. Check the You tube vid to see what i mean.

Not sure if you want to play with some circuits.
If you change some of the resistor values this might work.
If you make two circuits with two different relays one should turn on other relay can disconnect at 165.
