Miles definitely throws people under the bus when **** hits the fan and he makes or allows a coaching blunder. Whats funny is most people forgive some of his coaching issues because of his character. I've heard a few first hand stories so I know he's not the great, classy guy most people think he his. Like AJ said, I'm not a fan. But I still support the Tigers like I have my whole life.

But, I still want to see video evidence of cheating....

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - LSU officials released a 55-page report Tuesday detailing recruiting violations in its football program. It's the same report that was delivered to the NCAA.

According to sources, the investigation centers on former assistant coach DJ McCarthy and the recruitment and transfer of Akeim Hicks, a student athlete from a California junior college to LSU last summer.

The report outlines phone calls, some of them two and three hours long in the middle of the night, between the recruit and an unnamed female student worker of the football office, even calls made by head coach Les Miles that violate NCAA regulations.

The report also alleges lies and deception on the part of the recruit dealing with improper benefits for housing and more violations involving transportation.

McCarthy resigned from LSU in December. Chancellor Michael Martin said the university is working to strengthen its internal procedures.





There is a press conference that Les stumbles thru and basically admits to the calls and then says he knows nothing. It was on a few College Insider sites but now that I want to link it, can't be located. This is the cheating episode I am referencing.

I'll bet this kinda stuff is going on at 99% of all the big university programs...doesn't make it right but it's what happens when it comes down to big time college sports and the all mighty $$$$$. just shows that miles cant' handle clock management and his staff and players doesn't it...:lolhit:
