Anyone know this 32' Skater?
Figured you guys were the guys to ask if anyone knew the boat before or history on it...
Saw it in a dealers lot on the way back to Vegas from Lake Mead. Story I got on it is that its on consignment from a lawyer that took the boat as payment for his services. The lawyer has no interest in boats at all and just wants to get something out of it. It needs alot of little things to but it back into great condition but I was thinking about shooting a lowball offer and seeing if he bites. The graphics are vinyl and in rough shape but it has The Art Of Design stickers on it too. Said its a full carbon fiber layup.

There was an article done on a guy and his wife many years ago in Hot boat or Powerboat(not sure which). The boats were named "Sweeper." His was a 40 foot Skater and hers was a 29 foot Sanger I believe. This must have been one of his previous boats.

Yup, know any history about it? Blume, under the front sponsons it looks like someone hit a dock hard coming in nose first and they did a terrible job fixing it too. The patches are darker color, rough texture and has gel runs in it. Its gonna need alot of glass work.

Yup. I'm gonna call and see what they'd charge to fix everything when I get back in home tomorrow. SS390, they're asking $139k for it but considering the tanks need redone, front sponsons fixed right, new windscreen, new graphics, intake vents, etc i'm probably gonna end up offering half of that. Think of it this way, they're asking the same money for it as the B'yond Reality 32 Skater that was at Shogren but this boat isn't half as nice.
