This boat has 1850hp turbines and may be the fastest open cockpit boat in the world. I understand it has run over 200mph. As you can see, this deck design is different from the 'coke bottle' shape MTI has made famous. Sorry the vid's not in English;

This NorTech shows running 201mph on 8/21/10 and being the fastest open boat in the world, who knows either way that fast in an open boat...

That said, I've loved those big Nor-Techs ever since the first one I saw which was Fun Size, Gary Montano's turbine boat, at the 2001 Ft. Myers Offshore race.
