okay, here is the dealio...i was on the water saturday afternoon and sunday morning. yes, the water has a "mocha latte color" that seems to worsen as you approach the GG arm. on saturday, i ran from the 2.5mm on the Glaize arm all the way up to the dam and didn't see much of any debris floating. most of the debris that i saw was from the 2.5mm to the 4mm on the glaize arm. i didn't go much further. i also ran from the 20mm to the 30 mm on the main channel without seeing much either. sunday morning there seemed to be a little more debris after the storms on sat. night, but not anything that worried me.....especially since i was doing some prop testing...LOL.
i'm sure the water will be fine by memorial day. no worries....

Definitely worse on the Glaize arm...I live one cove over from Party Cove, and this morning, I looked out the window and found Hot Chocolate instead of water....boy I wish the rain would quit for a couple weeks....I snapped a few pics, and will attempt to post.

looks pretty good to me.
Temps in the high 90's, skies blue and clear, water clear and clean, and I've been boating since....I never quit boating, the season never ends. ha ha ha The only ice-breaker I need is called a blender!

Oh come on someone has got to have a picture of our Sunset's here in the midwest!! I'll put them up against anybody's any day of the week!!
I laughed at the Sunset in Key West that everyone had come out to the pier to see!!! The sun over water and a couple of islands, Big Deal! They didn't have any cool color's like we do!!
