I had a '97 29' Fountain single step w/ twin big blocks. The best she ever saw was 86 mph on GPS.

This boat will DEFINITELY run at least 85. My friend has one with 454 mag motors and it runs 83-84 consistently. It defies physics and all known speed calculators as the boat somehow does this spinning 25 pitch Mirage props. If I hadn't driven it myself, I wouldn't have believed it possible, but it is!
