The boat is for the Class 1 racing series in Europe. As far as SVL it could be in the future but you are right about the whole new technology thing in the class.

Very easy to confuse a cat bound for class 1 with a svl boat. I know you fountain guys have a blurry vision on the rules but I think that big cat would be stretching it just a bit. Lol

Considering where in the thread you posted the pics with no description I doubt I was the only one that assumed you were adding to the C5 SVL conversation. That being said next time I will put on my reading glasses and actually look at your pics.

The canopy is a seperate molded piece. The foam in the photo's is being used to design a new 2 man cockpit / canopy for the cat.
