Calling someone who knows about Poker runs
 

I would like to know if there is anybody on the board, who can tell me where i can get info on poker runs that are held in our areas. We live on the Mississippi river in Davenport IA. We think they sound like a blast.

Hi, you can subscribe to Poker Run America 1-800-461-9128, a national magazine for BIG poker runs but there are local events and other sponsored events in the mag... this can also be purchased at most APBA races...

Check with local marinas, they usually know about poker runs in the area. You can find out about the Florida Powerboat Club runs @ flpowerboat.com

Hawkeye Boat Sales in Dubuque puts one on every year on the Miss at Dubuque. Not sure of the date this year, but it's always on a friday. Check out their web site and i'm sure they'll have it listed. LOTO is pretty close also.......plenty of things goin on there.!;)
