Default Bracing of tail pipes on stagger setup

i have a staggered motor setup. On my forward motor, i have the long tail pipes that connect to the header collector and run to the rear of the boat. The length of these tail pipes are about 4 1/2 ft, with one having a dogleg. Currently, my tail pipes are not braced, but i want to brace them both to the rear of the motor, preferably having the brace connected close to the collector/tailpipe connection.

Has anyone already done this and how is the brace connected to the tailpipe or collector?

Good question, I was thinking about some sort of bracing as well.

My 35 Fountain staggered has a saddle for the front motor's tails that is simply a 1/2" stainless rod bolted to a stringer at bottom and welded to a cradle at top. Stainless clamps around the pipes hold them down into the cradle.

My 47 is the same, but the rods are bolted to the bellhousing.

Here are some pics of one I did. The tails on the front engine are almost 8' long and weigh a TON.
It is a ring cut from aluminum, split in the middle and drilled and tapped so that it can be bolted together. The supports are SS bar stock with threaded bungs welded on the ends. They are adjusted and attached using RH and LH heim joints.
