Can't wait to share this with a couple of friends of mine (Ken & Larry Davis) who ran Champ & SST140 boats for a number of years.
In a conversation once they said that if they had to pick one thing that determined how well they would run it was the prop. They said that when you're running with the top 5 boats in the nation, everyone is pretty much running the same equipment, but it's the prop that's where it's at.
As for Caudwell, my gut reaction was how much does that pupply cost versus the F1 Merc power heads? And rebuilding one probably takes a Master's degree.

There is so much here I don't even know where to begin.
Right now, it seems like they're just marketing to the F1 crowd. But there are much broader implications if even half of this stuff works as advertised.
