Drive Identification

Can anyone tell me what kind of outdrive this thing has on it? The dood that owns it says its a TRS, but it doesn't look like any TRS that I've ever seen. Volvo maybe???

Are the junk, and do you know if you can replace it with a Bravo? Or would you have to re-cut the transom? It looks like it has a really small cut-out...

I wouldn't pay $450 for that boat, looks like it's a hack job over and over again. There are alot better boats in the 5k range out there.
