Nothing at all, your using one that either works or reads mph instead of kph.
No way that thing runs 126 |
this link may work a bit better:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...fvi%3D1&_rdc=1 Just because his boat has a sticker saying A scarab did 126, this guy thinks HIS scarab does 126. I don't quite buy that logic. |
126 mph with a standard 3 blade prop and single ram steering! It must have had a rocket strapped on the back during that speed run. Jeff Wurl

He must have looked at that sticker in a mirror 126.38 in the mirror really means in 83 the boat did 62.1! :D
|
That boat never seen 80mph with that set up:bsflag:
|
i think he means the jet in the picture:evilb:

Haha idiot

I think what that sticker on the boat is referring to was a very short period of time when a Scarab (not that Scarab) was the "world's fastest V-bottom." I'm pretty sure Reggie swiped the title back in pretty short order too. It was good for some short term bragging rights for the Wellcraft boys though.
As for the likelyhood of a single engine 30' Scarab running 126 MPH, not unless that single engine was out of a 747. |
I bet Reggie would like to have that hull/engine package to see what he was doing wrong with his 29 Fevers' :D Also looks like someone must have stolen one of the axles off the trailer (listed as 3 axle trailer) and then re-contoured the fenders too.
