Anyone know where Trick Marine had his tabs built???

have a set of his tabs on my Phantom and need a couple more sets. Anyone have a clue who may have done them? Very sharp pieces with the polished rams. Affordable too.

Longshot but thought I'd put it out there.

Didn't the guy that made them pass away?

I thought he was selling Dana tabs?

Park Industries I think. If I remember, Pantera also sells/sold these as a standard on thier boats and then used K-Planes as an upgrade. Maybe try them?

They looked to be his own castings and I dont recognize the polished hydraulic rams. Same bolt pattern as k-planes (unlike many other brands) and were the nicer longer setup.

If the builder past away that explains why they vanished with trick trick. Would love to bring those back to market.

I do not believe they were brian's tabs. his were direct replacements or upgrades to Bennets. I believe a lot of the classic Donzi guys were using them...but the name of the company escapes me. I think he went by a screename with the word "Martini" in it...

Here are Biggus' tabs. Prob not Dana as I originally thought...

Was it Dry Martini?

floatingphil 01-14-2011 03:13 PM

Brian's were named Victory.

JnT 01-14-2011 03:41 PM

Brian was Martiniboat and his tabs were Victory.

Given any thought to Everett performance? Same pattern as K-planes. Big Bling Factor! (Polished Stainless)

Martiniboat did pass away. I remember the situation. If anyone has his last name and where he passed away, you may be able to cut a deal with his estate or heirs to get the rights. Shouldn't cost much since they aren't going to have much use for them.

Brian Kamrath was a great guy.

I actually have the first set of tabs he made for the Bennett dual ram replacements.

We used my boat as a template, then I sold it and never installed them.

Sure do miss him
