Initially, it was the Topgun hull, but then got modified. My boat sits in storage next to a 04 Topgun and the steps are in different places. That first Glad was an experiment. A rough, prototype that was improved upon greatly during the years of production following.

Bob Bulls race boat was the best turning gladiator. They did exstensive work on the bottom. It was fast and still turned without the problems normally associted with this boat.

Bill Purnell aka Wanted has a canopied version that is also dialed in. He has more time in a gladiator than anyone. Ask him he will tell the good and bad.

Berns29scarab. The boat in your profile is his old F1 boat. With a new deck or fixed deck. I think they replaced the whole deck. It was a nice running boat also.

I seen one of these roll at 30mph in a straight away.

On a side note how many Fountains have rolled? We have spun ours many times and so have the other SVs and so far I haven't seen any roll. They just seem to side. Just curious as to others thoughts

If that actually happened, then that's some really, really chitty driving. No performance boat is built to where that could happen without major operator error.

Fountains aren't immune either:

Going completely straight? That's the part that seems a little "polished" in the story to me.
