So people in both the fast lane (left lane) and people on the other side of the interstate can see the deck of the boat, not the bottom.
We did The Nashville Catz the same way.

permits are a must unless tilted. The Tilt trailer is 120K average, flat is 35K average, but factor in the average cost RI to Miami permits 1000.00 each way, plus the travel restrictions on nights and weekends, the tilt isn't too unreasonable.
