Angry Is there a Real Estate Lawyer on the Board?
Was wondering if there is a Real Estate Lawyer on the board?

Got home today and there was a nice demand letter from an attorney representing clients who bought vacant land from us 3 years ago. If we don't pay $$$$ by end of month, a lawsuit will be filed.

a little busy right now
with his part time job as
CEO of the APBA Offshore.

What are they demanding? If you sold it to them what could they demand? I have been in Real Estate for 16 years so I may be of some help.
