Long Island Sound Drivers

does anyone know if there are gonna be a poker runs in the sound this summer, i am trying to find one so i can tell my uncle Enzo to take me in one. we are probably gonna go to the NYC but want to know if there are any close to home.

i believe there will be at least 2. The manhasset bay and the glen cove. Both of them are put on by billy frenz (the same guy as the NYC poker run).

I believe TomFTM (from OSO) won last years Glen Cove poker run.

There is also one that runs from Conneticut, across the sound to Greenport LI, to Sag Harbor, and back to Conneticut. It is in mid August. I do not know if it is planed for this year or not.

cool thanks guys, any of you guys plan on running in any of them if so what are you guys running, i should be in a 1987 sutphen with twin 406's and arneson asd6 drives. boy is it fun

Scarab412, As Puder said there are two poker Runs on the Western part of LI Sound , the Manhasset Bay Run which takes place in mid August, and the Glen Cove Run on Sept. 14-15. I help organize the Glen Cove Run .

Puder, I won the Manhasset Bay Run last year , not Glen Cove. It's like lotto , you gotta be in it to win it.
