One of my daughters friends mom is looking at a house up the street from you, and was told she would need to get flood insurance. You ever had a flood?

not a real flood, but the water table is kinda high here. its an older street an they dont drain real well . . .great neighborhood though . . . which house exactly, any idea? . . are you serious bout the insurance :confused:

Thats what she said. I'm not sure which house. Of couse there are fake floods. They sell them right next to the fake vomit, and the fake dog crap.:D

hmmm . . come ta think of it . . .i may have flood ins. on my policy too. . . i will hafta look into it. may have somthing to do with having farmers fields bordering the neighborhood or somthing :confused:
