I thought that using the IMCO -3 lower, that it required using an IMCO upper. Got a pic of your setup? Much or any maching necessary?

Nope, Just take a band saw and cut off enough to make the prop clear and then add the imco cavitation plates and thats it

curious why you would not put the nuts above the plate?
then you could use slightly longer bolts so you can use the locking feature of the nuts?

great numbers on that set up!!!!

The threads of the bolts are just breaking the nylon of the nuts. The trim ram just above interfered....Good eye!

Great job 32

theres panels under the passenger and drivers feet that come off but it would be a pain. I dont see why you couldnt have a good fiber glass guy install a hatch

mikes280 02-13-2011 06:13 PM

ok i got the pleasure of riding in your boat 2 years ago on Friday going to the lunch when the storm hit. The boat i was in broke a drive in the ocean and Bob picked me up to take me back to Jacksonville. James was on the sticks and we ran back in the rain. Nice boat runs real good and a bunch of great people in Jacksonville.

TeamSaris 02-13-2011 06:17 PM

You can get them most diameters. Early ones are usually less diameter than current product.

Sure ! What size diameter are they.

chad1 02-14-2011 08:26 PM

unless special order ,box stock is 15 .50 ...If you look to try some 5 blades, I think a 32 pitch labbed.
