You guys are all outta wack by the posted numbers, which are probably wrong to begin with. It's not like there is transponders in the boat like CART or NASCAR it is a person calling of a boat number as it goes by and writing it down, so it's not the most scientific thing. The other thing is that I've talked to a few of my friend that ran 2 different OB boats both of which said they ran near 95 NEVER 100 so those saying they were running over a hundred are full of sh***.

Originally posted by audacity i'll tell you right now that if this marrige fails i'm go'n gay!!! :D Hey Ryan... I personally ran the S-33 "Power Broker," a 30' Motion with twin OBs at Lake X at 105. Obviously that is test speed, not under race conditions. But it is also on a three mile fresh-water lake. Also at Lake X the 35' Motion SCLite #37 ran 108. Also at Lake X the 35' Motion SCLite OB #34 ran 108. So, It is absolutely conceiveable that the 105 on GPS is correct. Of course it is possible that I am full of Sh... Talk to Joey G. who ran the #34 before going to Pier 57, he will tell you that the unless it was rough and the boat was propped small, the Motions were capable of 100+ in a straight away all day long. |
fresh h20 is slower dude
