Which hotel in Miami is the best?
 

We decided at the last min to head down to the boat show. Where is the best place to stay? Last time I went 9 years ago our hotel was scary.

I have two extra resevations at the Gansvoort for Fri/sat nights. SWEET rooftop pool and GREAT nightlife.

Just got back from there and stayed at Fountain Bleau for a week. Im not sure how far south the boat show is, but the hotel is up around 43-44th street i believe. Depending on traffic, it should only be a 5-10 minute cab ride. Beautiful hotel! A little further up Collins, but I enjoyed it there more than some of the other hotels (Delano, etc.). Both places are great though!

Definatly Budget Inn ,west off the I 95 , we will never forget.

Turns out, we may be staying in Key West. Can't find any rooms in or near Miami. Nothing like planning ahead:grinser010::grinser010:

Not a bad place to stay!!!! Just 3 hrs from Miami, if you are still going to the show.

If you want to get away from the South Beach strip the Biltmore is nice, just get used to $30 cab rides to/from S. Beach.

FOR SHORE Sundays at the pool are a must.

We are staying at Shula's out in Miami Lakes. About 30 min drive but hotel is nice and cheap ($115/night) and that means more $$ for drinking.
