Memorial Day Weekend - Lake Travis
 

I'm just trying to get a head-count for Memorial Day on Lake Travis.

Sheryl and I will be there in our solid red Crownline.

Should we all try to meet somewhere for breakfast on Saturday?

We will be there hopefully by Friday around noon. Going to try and drop in the water for a little while, and see if we can find somewhere safe to put the boat / trailer. Still looking for an indoor storage close by that will rent for a few days or a slip with gates and possibly a guard.

I plan to take Friday off, so maybe we can meet you at the dam around noon.

I know of people who have launched at the dam on Friday and returned on Sunday, and everything was alright. If you can get to your lodging by water, then that may be your best bet.

Are you bringing the kids?

Not sure we'll make it by noon, we can sure try to. I'll call you when we're in close proximity & see what's up.

Unfortunately I won't be able to make the trip.

I have a bunch of friends from Clearlake going though. I think their renting houseboats.

Let's all meet at Johnny Fins on Friday night for food, drinks, and partying! Sheryl and I should be there around 9:00.

Unfortunately, we dont have any idea where that is. If you want you can call my cell 832-473-4874, or nextel 142*103*58881. We are leaving Houston around 7 a.m. so I would guess we would be there by noon at the latest. We are going to play in the boat for a while, then check in after 4 p.m.
