First of all I want to say that I am not a realtor-- Just happen to live down here. Beautiful in the summer!!!
That said ,there are some homes and vacant lots for sale on the street that you guys might be interested in .
One house is foreclosed on and the other just went up for sale with a adjacent lot .There are three or four other vacant lots with the bulk head installed that also have electric and water. Most of the lots are 60 ft. wide or larger ...10 minutes to the lake. The lots and houses are located on Nautical Dr. in Vermilion.. We have three bars and Rest. on the water here and the marinas next door cater to high performance boaters..
