Nahhhh, Fred won't work for that job. He'd tear all the race boats apart, rebuild them to NASA specs, then when they're all perfect, trade them for a new fleet.

The official mascot should be the Llama, and there should be only (2) classes of boats,
“P” class, up to 100mph
“S” class over 100mph
Let attrition be the equalizer.
There should be no rules, so cheating will never be an issue.
