I'm looking for information on a good place to put in near the CD canal, can leave the truck and trailer parked? Marina with dock rental by night and showers? How far is it to Kent Island from there? Other good places to go in that area? We're from Allentown PA. area. Thanks!

We are relocating our boat from the Philly area to the Susequehanna on Sunday (or Monday), so we will be passing through at some point. Look for an all-white Formula 382.

R Addiction - We've been boating on the Delaware River for five years out of Dredge Harbor Marina, but we are moving to the indoor racks at Tome's Landing this weekend. I don't have a trailer for the boat, so I'll be driving it down some time mid-day Sunday. I'm pretty sure that we met at Tulleytown Cove some time in the last year or two - I remember a particularly big group the weekend after Labor Day 2000. Anyway - here's a picture. Like I said, the boat is an all-white 38' Formula.

Going in this Saturday. Got some new props - see what she will do.

Those of you near Philly...
 

On Saturday, May 25th, we (the NJPPC) will be hosting a raftup/cookout for NJPPC members and those who might be interested in joining. It will be from noon until 5:00 PM (or whenever) just inside the entrance to Dredge Harbor. (That's just south of Rancocas Creek on the NJ side.) We've got a floating dock 16' by 40', so we'll have a grill set up with burger, dogs and snacks. Stop on by if you're already a member or if you're interested in signing up. We'll have club handouts and membership forms on-site. If you can't find it, call me on my cell at (610) 496-2703, and we'll guide you in.

I am getting my engines from zul's on friday and having cmi overnite my exhuast today. so I(we) will be burning midnight oil to be out by saturday or sunday as long as everything goes together good.
