On the rear of the trailer between the bunks, what are the two SS rams that are horizontal? Is that some type of hydraulic locking system or something? It "looks" like it stretches out the bunks.. Never seen that before..

If it moved the bunks in and out, that would be one hell of a setup.. You could narrow them down for loading then open them up to center the boat..
