Snap-in carpet manufacturers?
Needing some references on carpet guys that can make snap-in's with inlaid lettering and rubber backing..
Anyone have good experiences with anyone they'd like to recommend? Nice carpet makes such a big change, I'd really like to have something that looks good!

Matworks does all of Sunsation's work....I had them make me a custom piece last year and found that they were great to work with and reasonably priced. Nice Skater BTW!

I had Corinthian Marine make my carpet for the cruiser this fall. Turned out perfect. Also bought 2 mats from Snap-In carpet, 1 with Baja inlay, the other was carved into. High quality work there also.
I chose not to use a rubber backing. My old carpet had rubber backing and it was dried out and flaking off. Ever time I lifted it up, had to use the shop vac to suck up the rubber backing.
Both the above outfits use 'AquaLoc' vinyl backing. Very durable and stiff, keeps your carpet from blowing around and it stays flat.

I just bought from Custom Marine Carpet and it turned out great. (www.snapincarpet.com) I didn't have any inlaid logos but they sent me different samples of the carpet with the backing and had templets for my boat on file. Once i placed the order i had my carpet in 5 days. I would definately recommend them

Agree with post #4. Can't go wrong. Did my Sonic last year with inlay, it is on the website. John, the owner would not ship the inlay till it was perfect. Good company to deal with.

I got a quote from the snap-in carpet people today. Theyve done some nice work, according to their website.. Just have to figure out how I want to do the carpet now. Thanks for the help!
