wouldn't it be helpful if when u created a thread and other members posted on it you could get an email response similar to Facebook.

I know some threads get tons of responces but it would be cool if when u posted a question u could be notified via email so u dont have to log on and look..

just a thought.

I get an email when I post on thread and there is another post on it. It maybe the way you have your account set up, not sure though.

It's called a thread subscription. The option is already there.

damn.. i guess i need to update then. i have had a membership for years.. just didnt get on for a while and let it lapse... ill tighten it up. sorry bout that.

Actually, since you're only registered you can't see the photos I'm uploading, but what I mean is that you can subscribe to a thread, not to be confused with a membership subscription.

When you post a new thread, under "additional options," and then "thread subscription" choose "instant email notification."

And if it's an already existing thread, look towards the top right of the first post and find "Thread tools." Click on the drop-down arrow and select "subscribe to this thread."

I don't think that's the case anymore. I know when they first went to a paid membership this was the case. I've been too lazy to bother renew my membership in the last couple of years and I haven't had any problems viewing or posting pics to the site at all. I see every pic that is posted without issue.

I have to host my pics somewhere like photobucket to get them on here, but I can post them without any issues.
