Seebold info?
I have recently bought a 1989 seebold eagle, I believe its a 236, its 23' and has a 454. If anyone knows more about seebolds that would be great, I cant find much info. Thanks in advance

I used too have one, they are good boats, they have the pad they run on so when running there isnt alot of boat in the water, ours had a 454 that was bored out and some goodies added, it was a true 70-73 mph boat in fairly calm waters, but would chine walk pretty bad at those speeds.

I have a lot of time driving a 21 with an outboard on it. Very fun boat to drive and with the outboard you could get it to turn on it's side like it was on rails. We had to replace the floor in the one I drove. Handled the rough stuff well for it's size.

Nothing specific, just looking for some basic history and the pros and cons. It seams like there were alot more 21's and 26's than the 23's. As of now I need to have the motor rebuilt(hydrolocked before I got it) so I was wondering if I should stay stock or tweek it some, not real sure what to expect either way. I just wanted to make sure that its worth putting some money into.
