The 38 handles big power just fine. The big advantage to the 38 over the 39 for me was the cockpit space. The 38 is way more roomy for passengers if thats the way you use the boat. We use the boat for poker runs and just a pack it with company and go for lunch boat. Each has advantages and disadvantages. Try working on a 38 with big power....OUCH!

That 38 is insane!! Boat looks even better in person. My fav 38tg!!! watched that boat run 110mph like it was nothing!!

boat cruise speed is 100mph! has power everywere. I get on my 38 t /g after running that boat and 85 feels like walking speed!
