The real answer is probably going to be several options.

To each his own. Call a few and pick the one you like. My pick is Hans.

And I'm tough on my referrals, since I am a Fla Realtor.

I used Florida Realty Group for our purchase in Fort Myers Beach. The owner is an Illinois transplant and we looked them up based on recommendations. They listened to what we were looking for in our SW Florida experience and showed us a number of homes that met the requirements. They even took us out by boat to get the feel of what living there would be like by water. Very happy.....

Hopefully you're going to wait a year or so before you buy. Remember, the last person you want to listen to when looking for a home is a realtor. They'll tell you what you want to hear, not what you need to hear. Do your own research as you would with any other purchase. They've been calling the bottom for 5 years now, but THIS time it's for real.

What exactly do YOU do so I can talk shiit about you without even knowing you?

Want to know about buying, ask my REFERRALS !!
