Guss,,, i've seen ppl/companies over and over blame FedEx to cover there own mistakes,,, so you need to ask them for a tracking number, so you can call fedex and see if they did ship the pkg,, where it is, what happend? etc.... otherwise, he just told u that too get you off of his case.....

Still no carb,, this isn't a fedex issue ...pkgs just don't disappear,, they can get re routed but they dont disappear.anything picked up by fedex has several scans placed on it before it ever gets to the customer.... In my opinion, he's using that as a tactic too get you off his back.... i could be wrong.... who knows....

GET THE FEDEX TRACKING NUMBER,, if it exists, call him and ask for it... If he says he doesn't have one,, then he's a fraud..
companies always keep track of their shipments...... If he gives you a tracking number,, great,, call fedex, 1800 4633339 and give it too them and explain your concern......

Default Your Carb is going to ship on Monday

Hi Gus,
I am in Havasu for the week end so I stopped by the shop that you listed to see what was up with your carb. When I walked in they immediately knew what I was talking about and they appologized for taking so long. Said it took a while to get the carb and have it rebuilt. I don't know them and haven't had any dealings with them. I asked to see the carb and they showed it to me, see pictures below. They offered to give it to me, but I said you wanted it shipped. They assured me it would go out on Monday.

I hope this helps.
David
