26 on my old 28 Nordic with a 496HO. Got best performance out of a stock Bravo, tried labbed 28 but it was a trade off in some other areas.

Dudes, my twin egg-beaters (300 Hp HPDI 2-Stroke Yamahas) cruise at around 20-25 GPH combined. However, we don't go really long distances. Probably burn $150 worth in a weekend.

My 496 boat was only 24' but I was turning a 28P bravo 1 @ 5K RPMs.

Default fuel

I had a 28 eliminator with 496's
ran 32 bravo"s
1.36 gears.
I could ride around for the weekend on 1 tank
I think the tanks wer about 75 per side
Ck eliminators site to see.
If u are below 4000 rpm in mine it got pretty good economy with the big props.. Ram 94 to 96 all the time..

With my twin 502's I would estimate I have burned about 1000 gallons a summer on average the last 3 or 4 years. I know some years it has been closer to 1200 and some years it has been closer to 800.

We basically have boated Memorial Day to Labor Day with one or two outliers so probably on average 12-14 weekends a year (considering rain/other obligations). 2 Poker Runs a year...

All that said - I bet we burn 50-75 gallons a weekend on average.
