Finally, my first Apache

I've heard so much about their wave crushing ability, I thought that this was the time to just pull the trigger. So I did.

It's not powered yet, but we'll take care of that matter later. Just enough power to cruise at 70 is good enough for me.

First, I have to figure out a way to get this baby home.

No more complaining about wave heights with this wave crusher.

I like the seating layout, very unique for an Apache.

Rare Apache cat

I'm just waiting until we get some really big waves here, and the GLH will be surprised at how my new Apache powers by DOI this summer. I'll be sure to post the video :drink:

So would that be a Cat or a tunnel hull?

Like they say...there is an azz for every seat. Happy you've finally found yours!

I saw that boat running with a new OL in some rough stuff. The Ol had to back off when this Apache kept the throttles down.

No question, she's a rock solid wave crusher. You couldn't actually expect an OL to keep up with a boat that has this heritage.

A guy named Sunking told me that he's seen this boat with 13 people on board, all in lifeline jackets of course, doing 85 gps going through fives and sixes.
