Got the boat out yesterday - Lake Michigan
Well, with the warm weather we had yesterday, decided to splash the boat and finish breaking in the motors. Air temp was mid 80's, water temp mid 40's (eek) and windy. Had 2-3' waves, nothing substantial but made for a decent cruise. On the way back, decided to open it up a bit to see how it would run and it did very well. 91mph, 3/4 tank of fuel and more stick left. The pier head was rapidly approaching so I shut her down... very happy with the results and the weather for the beginning of April. It can now go back to rain and 50 degree days lol...

Thanks for sharing that video - yesterday was truly a sweet day for most of us here in the midwest - didn't get the boat out yet, but DID get the cover off the pool....

Yeah, it was definetly a nice day out! Wanted to call out a few other guys but everyone has their chit in pieces still... would have been fun to make a couple port run...
I bought the GoPro backpack... cool little addon... now I can actually see where I am shooting lol... Need to work on the mounting a bit more, only the second time on the boat but it didn't come off so thats good I guess lol.
