Is't it great that we can make Manufacturers take notice. We root out liers, we expose junk boats and sellers, keep dealers honest and services of every type from cheating someone else. If I was in the business I would fly straight or it will come out on the board and we will unleash 5000+ members to remind them that we are first. It's all in good taste of course.:rolleyes: :D

I agree, and disagree at the same time. Working for a manufacture I see way too many times people posting complaints or even comments about products or problems they are having without ever giving the manufacture a call. I cam accross a thread (not here) on someone slaming a friends company for not having any instructions in the box. The guy never called the company, and if he had gone to there sight he could have printed off the instructions he was looking for.

I realize that everybody (myself included) is in a hurry, but why not at least give the manufacture a chance. First it could be an honest mistake. Second there could be a problem that they are not aware of and you could help others from having to go through the same type of problems.

You are right. We need to be careful and not jump to conclusions. We can make a difference but need to have our facts straight. I think we can do it if we don't let our anger subside and then write our problem.
