I had a friend in NH that purchased a used 32 Fountain that had gone down and the dealer didn't tell him and then it went down on him, he took the dealer to court and made out very well.

It was right at the Grand Glaize last Fall. Now it's sitting at Kelly's Port awaiting a rebuild

Ya. I was told 98% had 496's. I will probably keep the boat but i'm keeping options open
