Default Nor-Tech Super 80 Roadster

Be sure to check out the great new blog at PowerboatMag.com from Tank Sears on the magazine's sea trial in Nor-Tech's Super 80 Roadster, Lady Lisa. A full story on the beautiful sport yacht will be in the July issue of Powerboat.

The sheer size of that boat is incredible in the pictures, WOW. The one picture of the woman on the transom really puts how big that boat is in scale, but while it is big it looks great doing so, well-proportioned. And that boat boat looks fantastic. What a masterpiece. Very impressive.

Yes, with three stateroom, four heads and a very large "living room" on the inside as well as enough room to throw a party in the cockpit and aft deck area, the thing was giant! The photo of the head with the blue lights is one of two just like that. They are under the cockpit, one on each side connected to two state rooms. The layout was very nicely done. Ample room, nice flow and the attention to detail was awesome. All custom painted, luxurious textiles...Everywhere you look on the "Lady Lisa", you had to do a double take to take in the awesoem detail.

Dean,

I don't know what top speed is but I think between Doug, Bob and my wife driving it, at one time or another I saw 65 on the speedo....and comfortable. Like I said in the article, you just don't realize how fast you're going in a boat that size.

Does the boat have a captain, or does the owner run it himself?
