hey guys i posted a little earlier about a recently purchased 32 skater ,, looking at options to repower.. whats available ,looking for used 300x or 300xs, if anyone knows of anything available please let me know,,

Shaun is the man with 3 litres, and has a 28 skater himself.

If I remember correctly his 3 liters are pushing 370 hp. With two of those on your Skater it would run over 100 mph. With three!!! If money and fuel economy isn't an issue go for three! That would be the way I would go. My .02 cents. Bob

how are they lightspeed? was thinking of getting rid of my 2.5's for 300's

Just saw your post on S&F, but I am too lazy to login there. I didn't know your's had the 2.4s. I just went from 2.5 260s to 250xs Sports last year. I still have the 2.5's if you need them - I just haven't had time to put them on EBay yet. There isnt much to the conversion, but the folks that make the wing plates think they are made of platinum and studded with diamonds. Let me know if you have any questions.

stick with 2 motors guys I know who raced with the old p class in apba use blow the middle motor, or leg. that was with a 32 skater and a 30 spectra. even after racing the guy with the 30 hated the middle motor. good luck . art

I have a 300X I need to sell. it is 2003 and has just under a 100 hrs on it.

I was thinking of putting a 3rd on my 32 Skater and bought it but after alot of consideration I am going to stick with the twin set up.
Anyhow it is a perfect motor ready to go, what should I ask for it in todays market ??
