Skater Canopies???

32 Skater ,canopies , They Have A Slight Yellow Color , Ive Wet Sanded With 2000 And And Buffed Them With Some Perfect 3000 And Then Novus Plastic Clean And Shine ....didnt Really Clean Up ...what Should I Do ??
