I like the idea, Would be interesting to see what kind of btu's are needed to heat the water to do real work.

A steam engine makes 100% available torque (whatever the number happens to be) @ 0 rpm...ever see a steam locomotive spin the drive wheels as soon as steam is applied to the cylinders?
In the video there was mention that the speedometer and tachometer would be the same instrument, sounds like it's the same deal with this engine- Cool stuff!
