Skaterfest 2011 @LOTO
 

Team Skater would like to invite everyone to join Peter Hledin and members of the Skater Nation, at the Lake of the Ozarks, for Skaterfest 2011, August 26-27. Camden on the Lake Resort will once again host the annual event during the Lake of the Ozarks Shoot-out weekend. Admission is free and the event is open to the public.

We welcome everyone (no matter the manufacturer of your boat,) to attend and help make this second annual event even bigger and better than last year. Skaterfest 2011 will include a Catillac Fun Run, the Cocktails and Docktales party, a group photo shoot, with photography by Jay Nichols/NaplesImage.com, a weekend of live bands and more. We also have a unique prize to be auctioned off this year, along with other treats in store! Further details for Skaterfest 2011 will be released as they are finalized, so be sure to check the website,skaterfest.net and the Skaterfest 2011 Facebook page often. For those of you not on Facebook, we will have a live feed from the FB page on the website. In the meantime, feel free to upload your Skater pics and videos to the Skaterfest 2011 Facebook page. I hate to sound like a dumbass but where in Missouri is LOTO, and how far would it be from Dallas just up the highway from us? The pic's I've seen have always been sweet and there always seems to be great boating get togethers going there for lots of different stuff.

It's about 9+ hours towing from here in DFW. All 4 lane road except parts of the road (Hwy 5?) form I-44 to Hwy 54.
It's a good time for sure.
If you go, get a Pike Pass for Oklahoma. 44 has about 50 toll booths.

There are new roads on H #5 north, it is easy access and will safe you time. Last year was the first year for the dam street party ( Wednesday night) it was a great event. There is also a poker run on friday, if you sign up early
