My pleasure. The Project/Restoration stories for speedonthewater.com a fun to do because the owners of the boats have pretty much endless enthusiasm.

Ditto! A well known Michigan builder just built a couple of gems with those heads that grenaded on the dyno! Good luck to the new owner.

These are the kind of stories that I love to read Matt.
Real people rebuilding on a budget. Still ending up with a nice fast skater. Excellent story!

If all goes well this week, he's headed to SkaterFest (at Lake of the Ozarks) and not Atlantic City. And who could blame him? Fun as the Atlantic City event is, he has a Skater now.

To Cavanti and others have said regarding the appeal of project and restoration stories: You're right. There is a crying need for them, and they do make good reading.

Thanks for the article Matt!

That has been one of my favorite Skaters done in the classic style ever since I first saw it. The paint really pops out in the sunlight.

They picked a good one to freshen up & have as a poker runner!

Thought really hard about this Skater. A very nice piece in great condition.
